Weight Watchers Egg White and Veggie Omelet Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp skim milk
  • 2 mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ red bell pepper chopped
  • cup white onion chopped
  • cooking spray
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tsp dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Lightly spray sauté pan, and sauté veggies until onion becomes transparent (4-5 minutes). Set aside.
  • 2, Whisk egg whites and milk with salt, pepper, and thyme. Re-spray the same sauté pan and gently pour egg mixture in. Cove and let eggs firm until fully cooked
  • Pour sautéed veggies onto one side of your omelet and carefully fold the other side over the top.
  • Transfer to plate. You can top with salsa for no extra points!
