Ingredients
  • 4 whole wheat English muffins
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom slices
  • 1/3 cup <a href="https://amzn.to/2ta8F80" target="_blank">Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce</a>
  • 1 tablespoon <a href="https://amzn.to/2TFW08I" target="_blank">Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping</a>
Instructions
  1. Cut the English muffins into halves and toast them.
  2. Heat the broiler.
  3. Spread the muffin halves with pizza sauce.
  4. Top with the remaining ingredients, putting the mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Broil, 6 inches from heat, until the mozzarella is melted (about 3-4 minutes).
