Ingredients
  • 1 package (12 ounce) frozen dinner rolls, thawed
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (10 ounce) coconut milk
  • 3⁄4 cup white sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Coat your hands with shortening or cooking spray, and roll each dough ball in your hands so they have a light coating. Place them in the prepared dish. Set aside in a warm place to rise until doubled, up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk and sugar. Pour the mixture over the top of the rolls as evenly as possible.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before separating and serving.
