Weight Watchers Chocolate-Dipped Pecans recipe
Ingredients
20 pecan halves, toasted
4-6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate morsels on high for about 1-1 1/2 minutes (or until melted), stirring every 30 seconds.
2. Dip half of each pecan half in melted chocolate, then place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
3. Let cool completely.
4. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
