WeightWatchers Carrot and Celery Juice Recipe

This is the perfect pick-me-up to start your day with! Ginger is very healthy (it purifies the blood), so if you like its taste you can increase the amount used. If you don’t like ginger, you can skip it (and maybe try adding an apple to the juice).

Weight Watchers Carrot and Celery Juice recipe
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
5 medium carrots
1 stalk celery
1 inch peeled fresh ginger (or to taste)


Preparation
1. Scrub the carrots well and cut off their tops.
2. Wash the celery.
3. Cut the carrots, celery and ginger into small cubes (so you can process them in your juicer).
4. Juice the vegetables and mix well once they have been juiced.
