This is a wrap version of a Cobb salad made with turkey breast, turkey bacon and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing. You can create an edible salad bowl by omitting one of the lettuce leaves by chopping the turkey, bacon, turkey, tomatoes and avocado, placing all in center of the remaining lettuce leaf and drizzling with the blue cheese dressing.
