Ingredients
  • ½ cup chopped peeled and seeded cucumber
  • ½ large ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a chopper or mini food processor.
  2. Add ¼ cup water, and blend until very smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
