Ingredients
  • 1 French bread baguette
  • 3 tablespoons basil pesto sauce
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
  • ½ cup drained marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ½ cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves or arugula leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut the baguette lengthwise in half. Remove the soft insides from both bread halves, reserving the removed bread for another use.
  2. Mix the pesto sauce with the cream cheese spread; spread onto the insides of the bread shells.
  3. Fill with the artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach or arugula, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Reassemble the baguette, wrapping tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Cut into 25 slices and serve.
