This apple and coconut smoothie recipe is delicious and very easy to prepare (and only has 1 Weight Watcher point!). To make it even more refreshing, you can serve it with a slice of lime.

Weight Watchers Apple Coconut Smoothie recipe
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
1/4 cup apple juice
1 pinch coconut, grated
1/2 banana
1/4 teaspoon gingerroot, fresh,peeled,grated
1/2 cup crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes


Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Serve with lime (optional) and enjoy.
