  1. In a medium bowl, stir the pudding mix and the milk with a large spoon just until the pudding mix is moistened. Immediately stir in the cookie crumbs; mix well.
  2. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  3. Dip the balls in the semi-sweet chocolate, then place in a single layer in a shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes (until firm).
  4. Melt the white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over the cookie balls. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes (until firm).
