WeightWatchers Crispy Barbecued Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
Instructions
  1. Spray the grill rack with some nonstick spray and prepare the grill for medium-hot fire.
  2. In a small bowl, ombine the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, vinegar and pepper; mix well.
  3. Brush the potato slices with the ketchup mixture on both sides.
  4. Grill the potatoes about 5 inches from heat, turning frequently and brushing with the remaining ketchup mixture, for about 8 minutes (until browned on the outside and tender when pierced with a barbecue fork).
