  1. In a large skillet, add the peas and snap peas to 2 cups boiling water. Cook for about 2 minutes (until crisp-tender); drain in a colander.
  2. In the same skillet, heat the Italian dressing on medium-high heat. Add the veggies and cook for about 1 minute (until heated through).
  3. Stir in 1 Tablespoon chopped basil or fresh chives just before serving (optional).
