- Place the chicken in a shallow dish.
- Mix the A.1. sauce, dressing and lime juice until blended; pour over the chicken, turning to evenly coat each piece.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
- Mix the seasonings with the flour in a pie plate.
- Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place on a large plate.
- Heat the peanut oil in large skillet to 350 degrees F.
- Add chicken pieces in batches and cook for about 11 - 13 minutes (until golden brown and done) at 165 degrees F, turning after about 6 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
