Weight Watchers Spinach and Avocado Salad Recipe

- 3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup sliced avocados
- 1 small blood orange, sectioned, or a drained 11-oz. can mandarin oranges, or 1 sectioned navel orange
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons orange juice or passion fruit juice
- 2 Tablespoons pecan halves or slivered almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- In a medium bowl, toss the avocados with the orange and lemon juice.
- Add the spinach leaves, blood orange and Catalina dressing, mixing lightly.
- Spoon onto 2 plates and top with the toasted nuts.
