Ingredients
  • 2 skinless salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 2 teaspoons oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the mustard and syrup.
  3. Brush the fish with the oil and grill for about 4 minutes on each side (or until the fish flakes easily with a fork), brushing frequently with the syrup/mustard mixture.
