- 15 slices French bread, cut ¼ inch thick
- 1 (3 ounce) package thinly sliced pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet using aluminum foil.
- Broil the bread 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. onion and ½ cup mozzarella cheese evenly on the bread.
- Top with two slices pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with the remaining onion and mozzarella cheese evenly over the pepperoni.
- Broil for 1 minute (until the cheese melts).
