Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender (about 15 minutes) - do not overcook.
Drain the potatoes and rinse with cold water to cool completely. Drain the potatoes again, then cut into thin slices.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Press onto the bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray, stretching the dough as necessary to fit.
Let stand for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the oil and garlic.
Spread the pizza crust with half the garlic oil; top with half the onions and mozzarella.
Toss the asparagus with the remaining garlic oil and spread over the pizza.
Top with the potatoes, cream cheese (broken into pieces) and Parmesan cheese.
Bake until the crust is golden brown (about 15-18 minutes).
Sprinkle with the remaining onions and serve.
