- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare the cake batter as directed on package and pour into 30 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup ⅔ full.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cracks feel dry and the tops are golden brown.
- Cool the cupcakes for about 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks and let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, mix the dry pudding mix and pineapple until blended.
- Gently stir in the Cool Whip, and spread onto the cupcakes.
- Top with fresh berries.
