Whenever you're starting to slump in the afternoon, snap out of it with this craveable combo of refreshing pineapple, invigorating jalapeño and sweet beets, which naturally increase blood flow to the brain.
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces pineapple (1/2 cup), chopped
  • 6 ounces peeled beets (1 cup), chopped
  • ½ ounce seeded jalapeño pepper
Instructions
  1. Juice all the ingredients using an electric juicer.
  2. Serve immediately, or within 24 hours maximum.
