Weight Watchers Asian Sesame Salad with Blackened Shrimp Recipe

- 24 uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp (1 lb.)
- 1 cup green cabbage. shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 package (6 oz.) baby spinach
- 1 cup thin carrot sticks
- 1 cup fresh snow peas, cut lengthwise into thin strips
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1-1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- Heat a greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto 8 skewers; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, turning the skewers to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.
- Grill for about 3 minutes on each side (until the shrimp turns pink).
- Cover 4 large plates with baby spinach and top with the cabbage, carrots, snow peas, green onions and cilantro.
- Drizzle with the dressing and top with the shrimp skewers.
