Serves: 30 balls
Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup raw hulled sunflower seeds
  • ⅔ cup dried cranberries or ⅔ cup raisins
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1 1⁄2 cups Cheerios toasted oat cereal
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1⁄3 cup instant non-fat powdered milk
Instructions
  1. Combine the honey, peanut butter, lemon juice and powdered milk in a large bowl; mix well.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, cereal and sunflower seeds; stir well.
  3. Have a small bowl of water on hand.
  4. Moistening your hands as needed, roll the cereal mixture into balls.
  5. Set on wax paper for about 30 minutes (until the outsides feel dry to the touch).
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
