Ingredients
  • 6 cups quartered unpeeled small red potatoes
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 15 minutes, or until tender; drain.
  2. Mix the mustard and mayo in a large bowl. Add the bacon, potatoes and chives; mix lightly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
