Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce bag) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Put the cranberries in a pot on the stove, and pick through to remove the brown and/or soft ones.
  2. Add water, honey, and salt. Stir, bringing to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5-10 minutes (until the sauce has the consistency you want).
