- 1 (12-ounce bag) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Put the cranberries in a pot on the stove, and pick through to remove the brown and/or soft ones.
- Add water, honey, and salt. Stir, bringing to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5-10 minutes (until the sauce has the consistency you want).
