This is a wrap version of a Cobb salad made with turkey breast, turkey bacon and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing. You can create an edible salad bowl by omitting one of the lettuce leaves by chopping the turkey, bacon, turkey, tomatoes and avocado, placing all in center of the remaining lettuce leaf and drizzling with the blue cheese dressing.

  • 1 slice turkey bacon, cooked, cut in half
  • 6 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 2 large leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 thin tomato wedges
  • 2 thin peeled avocado slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Kraft Light Roka Blue Cheese Dressing
Instructions
  1. Top the lettuce with the remaining ingredients; roll up tightly. Secure the wraps with toothpicks (discard before serving)
