Ingredients
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 1⁄2 tbsp white sugar
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the beef in a shallow dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the green onion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and ground black pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Preheat a grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Quickly cook the beef on the hot grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly charred and cooked through.
