Weight Watchers Zucchini Casserole Recipe
Recipe type: Vegetarian
- 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
