  • 3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
