Ingredients
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread (or any other brand and flavor)
  • 6 eggs, separated
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese spread with a mixer until creamy.
  4. Add the egg yolks; beat until well blended. Gently stir in the egg whites until well blended.
  5. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 24-26 minutes (until the top is puffed and golden brown).
